We’ve found that insurance typically dictates the care and treatment we’re able to provide our patients. So, we created a membership that allows you to get the care you need at an affordable, fixed monthly fee. At Meadows Health and Wellness, we provide so much more than just holistic health care. We provide a better way of doing healthcare.

If you want a doctor who actively listens to you during visits, makes medical decisions based on what is best for you individually, and who you can message directly, then a Meadows Membership is what you have been looking for.

  • More time means comprehensive care that gets to the root cause of your symptoms and treatments that are effective.

  • Call, text, email, or video chat directly with Dr. Voves. Online scheduling is available so you can find a time that works best for you.

  • Your testing options go far beyond the basic blood panel. We offer specialty tests, which assess food sensitivities/allergies, hormones, cortisol, gut health, mold, toxic metals, and genetics — which could include blood, saliva, urine, and stool testing.

  • A major perk of a Meadow’s Membership is getting access to real prices. You get 20% off supplements and steep discounts on nutrient injections. We have also negotiated extremely competitive cash pricing on certain labs. We can even help you obtain low-cost medications!

  • You’ll receive individualized testing and treatment recommendations that address your specific needs.

  • 12 Month Membership $225/month

    Full access to membership benefits. Paid monthly, amounting to a total of $2,700 for the year.

    • Lab tests but many tests are covered by insurance. If not covered by insurance we have negotiated affordable cash prices. We offer specialty tests at the lowest price possible.

    • Medications and supplements. Although you do get 20% of supplements filled through fullscripts.

    • Vaccinations, imaging studies, and visits to providers outside of Meadows Health and Wellness

  • You can cancel your membership at any time by providing a 30 day written notice. We want our members to be happy and if this service is not the best fit for you, we won’t force you to stay. If you decide to renew your membership at a later date, there is a re-initiation fee if availability allows.

  • If you choose the monthly plan, you will pay $225 every month. If you choose the annual plan, you will pay a flat fee of $2,430 every year (this amounts to $202.50/month so you save 10% with this plan).

  • The membership fee allows us to provide comprehensive, holistic care in an innovative way for a simple, fixed price. It allows members to better budget their health care finances.

  • It will begin on the day of your first visit.

  • Currently, we are not accepting new patients. Please join our waitlist here and we’ll contact you when there’s an opening. We are usually able to get you in within a few months.

  • Yes, we offer a limited number of individual appointments. Please give us a call at (971) 224-6153 to check availability.
